Tell Me - Do You Really Like Being Fat?

May 4th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Joanne Reid Once upon a time, I fretted about going to a family wedding because I was gasp 142 pounds. I am five foot three. The ideal weight for me was 115 pounds using that old rule of thumb for women 100 pounds for the first five feet and then five pounds per inch after that. I think I was a size 11. I still remember the dress I wore. Red and white squares in a very 70s pattern. Just past the flower child stage and slightly reminiscent of the art deco style. I was almost sick at the thought of going to the wedding looking like a whale. Ha ha ha ha. If I knew then what I know now, it would have been sheer joy. Today, my goal is to get down to 150 pounds. I really chunked up in my thirties and decried the paternalistic pressures to be thin. I embraced my voluptuousness. I was healthy. What more did I want? Well, I can tell you now what more I could have wanted? I could have wanted the kind of sense of self that would allow me to say to the men I met, hey, just because I am fat does not mean I am willing to settle for second best. I could have wanted to believe my own b.s. about my size. I could have wanted my blood pressure to remain low. I could have wanted to be taken seriously when I went into the bosss office to say I had a problem with a co-worker. (It was really bad and I had to say something. She was and is a very slender and attractive woman and that was the issue as far as the boss was concerned. The real issue was something else entirely but as I stood there, I saw myself as my boss saw me. Wake up call!! Woo hoo. Reality calling Joanne. A long time ago, ironically, I studied nutrition at university. Right up to the point of taking chemistry courses to understand it. I should have studied psychology as well. I know the facts of life. Garbage in big fat bum. The one thing I did do right is know that just because I am plus size, I need to wear pretty things. Still I have trouble finding pants that fit. Short legs, wide hips. Ha. Wide, did I say? Well. I was visiting this buddy of mine who is a creative genius with the sewing machine and asked him to measure me up for pants. Hips? Fifty-four inches. And I was mortified at the size 11 dress I wore to that wedding so long ago. Where did I go wrong? I intellectualized myself into all kinds of nonsense so I have begun to intellectualize myself out of the same nonsense. I have tried so many diets over the years, I consider myself just about an expert in what works and why. Over at my Chaos Queen site,http://chaosqueen.biz, I share my best research with you, along with some ways to look gorgeous while you work your way into fine shape. Joanne Reids reviews of the best and worst diets can be read at http://chaosqueen.biz. Its her opinion that as the Chaos Queen, everything is her business. Her sisters are too grown up now for her to boss around and for some reason, her friends have all taken assertiveness training and smile nicely when she offers advice on how they should run their lives. How to Increase Your Metabolism

April 26th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Elena Mauceri Fad-diets and dangerous stimulant-filled supplements are NOT the way to increase your metabolism. Here are some amazing ways to increase your metabolism that will not only help you to lose weight, but also will have a powerful effect on your entire life. I know that this sounds a bit far-fetched, but it’s true. What you think, you create. Huh? You’re probably thinking that this sounds like some new-age mumbo-jumbo. But it’s a universal law. What you think about, you bring about. So what are you thinking about your weight? About your body? About the foods that you eat? Do you have thoughts that limit your metabolic ability to burn calories and fat? Here are some examples: “Weight loss is so difficult for me.” “I have a slow metabolism. That’s why I can’t lose weight.” “I’ll be happy when I lose __ pounds.” “Ice cream makes me fat. I know I shouldn’t eat it.” “I’ll never lose this weight.” If thoughts like this cross your mind, chances are that you are your own worst metabolic enemy. So decide to change your mind–literally! The universe gives you EXACTLY what you focus on. So can you see the power of what you think and say? Start to replace those thoughts with what you really want. For example: “Weight loss comes easy to me.” “I have a fast metabolism, and I lose weight easily.” “If I have a serving of HIGH QUALITY ice cream and enjoy every bite of it, I won’t gain weight.” “I am happy NOW.” Do this consistently, and you will increase your metabolism just through the power of your thoughts. Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. Stress Stress has a huge effect on your metabolism. Where do you have most of your extra weight? If its around your middle: belly, hips, and thighs, these are the classic spots where you gain weight when you are stressed. The hormone, cortisol, is much to blame. Our bodies produce cortisol in response to stress. Increased cortisol levels aren’t the only impact of stress. Chronic stress creates a domino effect of many hormonal changes in our body, all of which create weight gain by limiting our metabolism. You have to do something to reduce your stress if you want to not only lose weight, but also to protect yourself from the many stress-related diseases. So, how can you reduce your stress? Start with realizing the power that YOU have to reduce your stress. It may seem like many things in your life are out of your control. But if you look harder at those situations, you’ll see that you really DO have control over them. At the very least, you have control over your REACTION to them. So here are the ways that you can use to de-stress, relax, and ultimately, to increase your metabolism: o guided relaxation and meditation o deep breathing o herbs Foods The chemicals and hormones in mass-produced vegetables, dairy, and meats can damage your body to the point that your metabolism is affected. Try to buy only the highest quality, WHOLE foods that you can afford. You can find these higher quality foods at your grocery store. You can also find a health food store that sells high quality and locally grown vegetables, meats, and dairy products. These higher quality foods taste SO much better than the packaged and processed versions. These foods will likely no longer taste good to you. Your body (and metabolism) will wake up and say “Yes! This is what I want!” Detoxing Another powerful method you can use to increase your metabolism is detoxing. By cleansing your body of toxins, you allow your natural metabolism to return to its proper level. Most detox programs last for several weeks (some even longer!), which makes it difficult to stick with the program that long. The ideal length for a detox is about a week. Most people can stick with a restricted diet for that long. Want to lose up to 7 pounds in 7 days, have more energy, and feel more relaxed than you have in years? Go to http://www.powerfulweightlosssolutions.com to get your FREE copy of The 7 Day Detox Diet & Cookbook, a highly effective, brief detox diet that will do wonders not only for your metabolism, but also for your overall health and energy levels. At the Speed of Light

April 22nd, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Keith Thirgood How many times has someone you’ve called said, “Why don’t you send me some information on your company”? Ask yourself, before you send anything: How will this be dealt with once it arrives at that person’s desk. Aren’t they already suffering from information overload? On the one hand, people say they they need more information in order to make the decision just to meet with you, let alone to agree to buy or hire. On the other, they have more information about everything than they know what to do with. The problem is, your prospects are not usually looking for information. They are usually, politely, asking you to go away. Most salespeople at this point shovel a whole lot of information at their prospect, hoping something will stick. A more effective way to respond to your prospect’s request for more information is to send something that reaches them at a gut level. It doesn’t have to be overwhelming, a subtle message can be as effective as a bold one, as long as it connects. How to achieve that connection on paper or a website is, of course, the big challenge. Upon receiving your marketing material your prospect will ask themselves, “Is it worth my time to look at this? and “Do I have the time to look at it now?” This happens in the first glance. If your material doesn’t elicit a yes to one or both of these questions, you have failed. When done right, the connection is made with no effort on your prospect’s part. Suddenly they recognize that someone is saying all the right things. Information alone does not have the power to move a prospect further along the sales path. Making a connection does. And it can happen to your prospect in the blink of an eye. A well known, well received, Saturn commercial showed how in seconds we can come to a profound understanding and connection with an advertiser. A young woman calls the Saturn guys and asks a favour for when the new car is delivered to the showroom. We see her and her nice, average-Joe kind of fellow looking over the new car. He’s paying lots of attention to the macho dashboard details and such and she seems a little nervous. As he turns to examine the rest of the interior, we see in a flash, (in one version, we see only a few square inches) what he sees–a baby seat. We have all the information we need. We know precisely, now, what this story is all about. We cannot help but be caught up in the drama because it is up to us to make the story up for ourselves, as it unfolds in the remaining few seconds: in his eyes, surprise and (very obvious) love for the lady. On her face, the question: how will he take the news? Then the happily-ever-after answer. The connection with the audience has been made. The thought of a mother-to-be doesn’t make me go all mushy, and I’ve never even been in a car with a baby seat. But this reached me at a profound, personal level. I’m ready to look at a Saturn when my latest Honda is ready to be traded in. You may not be selling cars, but the principle is the same. You must connect strongly and quickly, and the best way to do that is at the gut level. That gut level connection is often all your prospect needs to know before they will meet with you. The average person has a unfathomable reserve of information that is accessed, processed, understood and felt in something approaching the speed of light. That kind of information–gut level understanding–is more powerful than anything else a marketer can thrust on a prospect. Does it really work that way? Does watching a boy call his grandfather from the beaches of Dieppe on his cell phone to say thanks work? Ask Bell. Not only does an image or a concept do the work of a thousand words, it does it in 1/1000th of the time, and with a thousand times the punch. This is not to say you must include pictures with your marketing material. A good writer can paint vivid pictures with text in people’s minds, using the power of a metaphor or a story. The lesson: Don’t turn your marketing materials into something like a manual, catalogue, lecture, or diatribe. Use the powerful informational forces already resident in your target market. Work to understand who they are and why they might want you instead of someone else. Speak in their language, and keep the focus on them. By Emma Sanford While Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are neither food nor medicine, they sometimes act as if they were! They are, in a word, mysterious. They are also unique in nature, different from any other natural product you have ever tried, enhancing every part of your body, mind, and spirit, with just one or two drops at a time. They are easy to use through inhalation, topical application and internal consumption. Plant essences are made of nature’s ancient molecules: complex substances whose structure allows them to pass easily and quickly through our skin, and through the cell membranes of every cell in our bodies. We breathe them in and instantly, as they touch the brain, the molecules of essential oils enliven neurons, inspire emotions, awaken immune response, stimulate hormones, which can then enhance energy, digestion, mental clarity, body temperature, circulation, and the feeling of being connected to nature. Aromatherapy in one drop of a Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil can carry as powerful a message as an entire bouquet of flowers. The Ultimate Excuse For Dating Failure (Part Three Of Three)

April 19th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Scot McKay The last two newsletters have focused on the “Top Ten Excuses” single adults make for dropping out of the dating pool. Today, as promised this series will culminate in a frank discussion of what I believe to be the single most insidious factor in keeping people from dating. In no uncertain terms, nothing limits otherwise sharp and desirable people from pursuing and succeeding with the opposite sex more than this. I am talking, of course, about GUILTor SHAME, if you prefer. Now having a conscience is a good thing. Such helps shape a sense of compassion and makes those who possess a solid one good citizens of the world. The problems start, however, when we let ourselves be manipulated into believing we are “bad” or “unworthy” OR when we refuse to forgive ourselves for past mistakes. The end result of a prolonged sense of guilt or shame is that we literally rob ourselves-and others, theoretically-of the healthy relationships that we deserve. So tell me, have you ever been out with someone you really likedbut that person just couldn’t allow him or herself to believe the two of you could have a great relationship? You know what I mean. Conversations about how he or she “doesn’t deserve you”, or “if you knew my secrets you’d reject me”, etc. In the end, you broke up with this personprobably with a sense of frustration or even anger. Give me a silent nod if you can relate. Most “dating advice” would throw a blanket over such a situation and say that the person who makes such “lame excuses” probably didn’t like you anyway and you just need to improve your “game”. And that’s sure to happen to many of you-as it did to me-before we learn to deserve what we want. But in the real world of advanced dating skills, those who deserve what they want and become successful in the dating world will OFTEN discover truly terrific people who JUST CAN’T ALLOW THEMSELVES TO BE HAPPY in a relationship. You will be told “you’re too good to be true”. And sure, some people suffer from plain old self-esteem issues. Those “excuses” we covered already. The most tragic situation of all, though, is when people who TRULY DO deserve what they want let shame or guilt get the best of them. In these scenarios BOTH potential partners lose out, don’t they? Getting past simple “tips”, “tricks” and “game” like we are going to do with the Power Sessions series means that those who deserve what they want in the dating world have got to get past the “paint by numbers” mindset and learn to look more deeply at human behavior and communications. I personally have met and appreciated several women prior to meeting my fiance Emily who were absolutely stunning human beings on the inside and out. Some deserving guy should be incredibly happy someday to land any of them. And that guy may very well have been meexcept the particular women I am thinking of simply could not get past emotional damage done to them. Can you see the subtle difference between low self-esteem in it’s raw form versus the effects of guilt and shame? Let’s consider four factors that trigger guilt or shame, and how to get around them: 1) A BIG Past Mistake “I’ve been to jail before. No woman will love me.” “I’ve been too sexually promiscuous.” “I spilled milk on my best friend in third grade.” You’ve heard somewhere along the line that “nobody’s perfect”. Thankfully, most of our imperfections (and not necessarily just the “perfect imperfections” I famously talk about) aren’t public. This means that whatever we are carrying around, we have no idea what other people have on their own plates. So we dwell on our own embarrassing failures, thinking we are somehow worse than everyone else. What happened in the past HAS GOT to be over and done withit’s the ONLY OPTION, if you really think about it. I personally know people who have let the tiniest of peccadilloes-the type of which 99% of us would laugh off or even be proud of-RUIN their social lives. On the other hand, I know others who have made truly IMMENSE mistakes in their lives (including direct responsibility for the accidental death of one’s own child) who have gone on to participate in happy relationships. 2) A Dark Secret The difference between a “past mistake” and a “dark secret” for the purpose of this context is the difference between something being past versus being current. Perhaps you smoke occasionally and just can’t quit. Maybe you have a child in another state. Whatever the issue is, if you feel you have one you have two choices. Either you can get the issue handled or you can aim towards deserving someone more in line with your own personal situation. If you just can’t quit smoking, stop trying to hide it from non-smoking potential partners and start dating smokers and/or people who don’t mind your lighting up. That’s all there is to it. The same logic can be applied to any other “secret” you have. Based on my personal experience, most “dark secrets” are more easily digestible by others than we ever imagine they would be. A quick noteif your dark secret is truly damaging to self or others, take the high road and do what it takes to get rid of it. 3) Manipulation Manipulative individuals can brainwash us into believing things about ourselves that just aren’t true. Ex-spouses and control-freaks are famous culprits hereyet somehow we allow their poisonous message through. A major life skill central to deserving what you want is learning how to see yourself as others see you. If you are being told you are a jerk a few times a day, wellyeahlook in the mirror. However, if the only person on Earth who thinks you “don’t love your children” is your ex spouse, well then you now know what to do with that information. Unfortunately, there are religious organizations out there that have fine-tuned their guilt-producing machines to utter precision. This is also a manipulative mechanism, and one that carries shocking effectiveness in the lives of many people. If the message of a religious organization, or one of its members, is causing you to be paralyzed with guilt or shame ask this: Does that feeling represent your vision of the God you worship? 4) Abuse If you have been abused in any form it is NOT YOUR FAULT. This is certainly not a forum for formal recovery from such hurt, but I have seen an incredible number of people (men and women) have their identities in the dating world profoundly damaged by the abusive acts of others. Potential partners will not judge you because you were abused. Having been the victim of abuse, the only way you are limited from deserving the partner of your dreams is if YOU do so because of guilt or shame. Period. 5) Divorce We know that divorce can weigh on one’s self-esteem. However, sometimes divorce also fosters a mindset of feeling judged by God or others, thereby causing us to feel we are not to participate in future relationships. Truthfully, 21st century life is rarely as cut and dried as we would like it to be. In my own experience, there was no infidelity in my first marriage, yet because of very complicated circumstances there is absolutely no way I could have done more to make the marriage work and no chance for living the remainder of my life with my ex-spouse. After careful evaluation I learned how-and why—to move on, and am at peace with it all. When there is no chance for reconciliation for valid reasons that are largely beyond your control, you simply must realize that it’s a trap to remain mired in guilt. How to Relief Widespread Pain in Fibromyalgia

April 16th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Terje_Ellingsen] Terje Ellingsen You need pain relief if you are suffering from fibromyalgia. Chronic, widespread pain can often be the hardest and most frustrating challenge of living with Fibromyalgia. Coping mechanisms often fail because people with Fibromyalgia often have difficulty explaining to others what they are going through. They are quick to avoid stressful situations, and because of deep-seeded depression, begin to sink into a feeling of helplessness. It is typical that people with Fibromyalgia complain of hurting all over and because there is no known cure for Fibromyalgia, there is no way to remove the pain. Managing the pain is the only option given to sufferers with this medical condition.Support groups offer plenty of encouragement, but if someone suffers from widespread pain, he or she is the only person that can decide what treatments and management techniques work best for them. Relaxation exercises, heat therapy, self-hypnosis, stretching exercises, medications, and self evaluation with the ability to develop a personal pain analysis of a persons own pain are often recommended in controlling and being in control of the pain. People with Fibromyalgia must learn to describe their pain to physical therapists and their family physician. They should also keep a journal of all activities and medications along with any noted difference before or after the activity or change in medication is very helpful when trying to pin point what works and what doesnt. As if pain by itself isnt bad enough, one of the most disabling effects of widespread pain is the ongoing daily existence of fatigue. Most people who deal with Fibromyalgia must accept the fact they will wake up every morning feeling tired. For people battling FMS, (Fibromyalgia Syndrome) everyday activities are often difficult. Preparing meals, walking to the mailbox, putting on make-up all seem overwhelming and drain what energy the person has available. Managing Widespread Pain is very complicated because in order to do it effectively, people with FMS must plan everything ahead of time. However, pain management is a skill that you should give yourself the chance to learn. Ordinary tasks must be prioritized, often even handed over to someone else who is willing to help. In corporations, often the phrase, work smarter, not harder, is used as a motto. In the lives of people dealing with FMS, this is something they must realize can vastly improve their quality of life, so they must plan ahead. In developing a pain management plan, the person living with the pain should speak out about the medications they need to make their lives more comfortable. Read up on the medications available, and ask for specific medications by name. Zoloft, Sinequan, Flexeril, Prozac, Xanax, Klonopin, Ambien, and many others are medications that may provide FMS sufferers with the relief they need temporarily. Often some of these medications can help significantly more than a temporary fix so people with the pain need to talk to their doctors about what is working for them. You deserve to live a good life. Flexibility and Creativity are two important elements in managing widespread pain and living a more productive, energetic, and happy life. The person, who believes in their ability to manage FMS, will be able to live a more fulfilling life while managing their daily activities at their own pace. Are There Any Natural Depression Medicines

April 14th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Mark Gardner People who are affected by depression are naturally going to be anxious to know what depression medicines and treatments are available to them. Depression is a serious illness that not only affects the individual involved; it also affects those closest to the individual. The treatment of depression has come a long way in recent times and help is readily available to those who are affected. Youll also find there are many depression medicines and treatments available for the depressed person. Nature as also provided some natural remedies to help those with depression. These usually involve some particular herb or a mixture of specific herbs. Some of the herbs that have been identified and used for treating the depressed include: Lemon balm, lavender, California poppy, passionflower, chamomile, kava, to name just a few. Usually the herbs will be taken in pill form or made available in specially made teas. Its important that anybody who considers taking any herb as a remedy gets the full information regarding the herb they wish to use. You need to know how to use it correctly and what the proper dosage is and also what possible side effects it may have. As well as some of the natural remedies that are available to you, its been shown that meditation and yoga can be of great help for those who are struggling with depression. Meditation is known to be extremely helpful for those who are suffering with depression; the only drawback is that it does take a little time and effort to learn meditation effectively. Another natural remedy that will help depression is love! If you have a friend or a loved one who is depressed, then taking the time to listen and to be understanding of their plight well be a great help to them. Forcing Flower Bulbs

April 11th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Seth Miller All types of fauna such as trees, shrubs, bushes and flowering plants bloom only in the right season. Genetic patterns control the growth of all plants. For this reason, it becomes almost impossible to find off-season plants in bloom. However, horticulturists, professional and amateur have tried a number of techniques to prompt the growth of flower bulbs in non-seasonal periods. Of the few successful methods that help achieve this objective, forcing flower bulbs is an effective practice. Forcing flower bulbs at home is an exciting activity. The entire process spreads over a couple of weeks, and many families enjoy trying to force flower bulbs to bloom. It allows them the unique pleasure of anticipating the arrival of spring flowers during the winter months. These forced flower bulbs may be stored for many weeks in a refrigerator before transferring them into pots. Successful storage is only possible if they are kept in mesh or paper bags that allow aeration. It is not necessary to water these bulbs, since a refrigerator provides the requisite humidity. They only need to be inspected occasionally in order to prevent drying up. Prior to a flower bulb being forced, it is put in a pot and allowed to grow. The bulb is completely covered and grows within the pot. During this phase, it grows roots that make further growth possible. The actual forcing process starts when these root-growing bulbs are exposed to warmth and sunlight. This prompts the growth of leaves and flowers. The correct level of exposure to sunshine and temperature are an absolute necessity to ensure forced growth. The entire process lasts for 3 to 4 weeks until the flower bulb blooms. A number of spring flowers usually require a long rooting period and predetermined temperatures to produce a good root. This assists the successful forcing of flower bulbs. When the buds assume color, they need to be juggled indoors and outdoors. In case the bulbs bloom very fast, they should be placed indoors, away from direct sunlight. These can be replaced outdoors to restart growth. The few most common flower bulbs that are forced in this manner are amaryllis, paper-white narcissus and hyacinths. It is important to mention that all flower bulbs cannot be forced. Sexploitation, Social Influence & It’s Behavioral Effect

April 10th, 2008 by manouobermyer

By Rion Williams The blatant social or ‘commercial’ sexploitation of women and the negative sexual transmutation of men is reaching a breaking point. This extra awareness and energy has to go SOMEWHERE. Guess where it goes? Out of your wallet. It’s getting dangerous. Fortunately most good men don’t turn to outlets like rape but they transmute all of that diluted and aware energy into profitable (for others) outlets such as video games, mens’ mags, fitness, self-improvement, career advancement, material gain and more only to find that doesn’t resolve their situation either. They still want to ’screw’ every hot woman in sight because they’ve become so ‘aware’ of the attributes of sexploitation. After all they have become the conditioned response and the reality around them reinforces this relational belief. They’re so connected to it emotionally. They’ve given it so much ‘added value’ for the screen time it’s given. If it wasn’t always ‘in their face’ and literally provoking them, exploiting their one ‘weakness’ they’d be comfortable, sane men like they were supposed to be and used to be. The saturation point is even affecting preacher’s and clergymen across the country. T&A is blatantly and subtly being waved in front of our faces and people can’t see what’s really going on. They see T&A everywhere and they are now responding to it unconsciously. They have been conditioned to be intimidated and afraid of a woman’s body and sexual power whether she’s been on the cover of a magazine or not. They’ve glorified this concept of sexuality so much that they’ve become like Jim in American Pie around all of the women they communicate with. Bad news for other dating guru’s but nothing they do or say is going to change the fact that they have the wrong relationship with women in the very first place. Why is it like this? Why do millions of men not know how to deal with women anymore? Because the ‘Architect’s’ were successful in their plan all along. They influenced the behavior of men while dividing the sexes. Massively profitable industries abound off of the new discontent and fantasy divergence of the sexes. To uphold the social pressure/standard, women seek more fashion, more make-up, more man-repelling advice on how to be more out of his world. They also seek pent-up natural/emotional outlets such as romance novels (why do you think this industry is so big?), romantic comedies and ice cream with their small dog. Separately, men seek all kinds of outlets to transmute the exploited sexual energy that they’re so desirous of yet always seems out of reach. Look at ‘Tag’ body spray. Look at beer commercials and men’s magazines. All of it further duping people into the fantasy instead of reality. All of it is actually conditioning them to BUY more instead of being effective in dating and relationships. And when they do connect men are taught to do things such as buying her flowers, expensive gifts and expensive dinners. Not only is that not effective (trading money for her time) but all kinds of other people in society get to profit off of the business created. All kinds of money is blown to no extent. What happened to just connecting with people naturally, being interdependent, not spending money on dates and instead focusing on each other? Wow. That wouldn’t be very profitable for the people sending out all of the programming that builds up these dual fantasy worlds keeping men and women apart while not knowing how to behave around each other. It’s up to men to understand this mass commercialism, the types of messages they’re sending and most importantly the causal influence that the wrong relationship (sponge conditioned response) with it has done. The commercial sexploitation is going to reach a breaking point when enough men and women realize what is really going on. Actually that is more up to the men. They are in a position to take their power back while women will continue to wait until there is a stimuli that makes it safe for them to change their behavior publicly again…back to one of more flirtatiousness instead of sexier ‘better-than-thou’ prickteasing. Men like me who can create this safe natural reality around women are men who massively attract women because they know it’s ok to be themselves again, to escape from the massive social pressures and to experience happiness, emotion and attraction again. Why? Because as a man I am the stimulus in mating for women to respond to and open the path to a relationship. The real answers to success with women lies in relational dynamics and behaviorism. By being aware of what commercial sexploitation is at it’s roots and how it’s altered our dynamics, you can begin to take your power back and be successful with women and dating while actually saving money.
